Joining or Managing an Organisation

Organisations let NHS trusts, universities, and training providers give every member Premium-level access without paying per seat. This article covers joining, administering, and signing in via SSO.

Joining by invitation

If an administrator has invited you by email, you will receive a message with a link to accept. Click the link, create your account (or sign in if you already have one), and your organisation access is applied automatically.

If you have an invite code instead of a link, go to /invite and enter the code. This is useful when an admin shares a code verbally or over intranet.

Joining by email domain

Some organisations automatically enrol anyone with a matching institutional email. If your email ends in, for example, @nhs.net or a recognised university domain configured by your admin, you may be offered organisation access on first sign-in.

Signing in with SSO (SAML)

If your organisation uses Single Sign-On:

  1. Click Sign in with SAML on the login page
  2. Enter your institutional email
  3. You will be redirected to your organisation's identity provider
  4. Complete your usual log-in process and you will be sent back signed in

For administrators

If you manage your organisation on the platform, open Organisation Dashboard to:

In both cases your account and personal progress stay intact — only the organisation-tier access is removed.
