Information governance
Departmental training data is the kind that damages trust when it is handled carelessly. The protections below are not settings you have to configure. They are enforced in the database, for every organisation, in every tier.
Any figure drawn from fewer than 5 contributing people is withheld, and the suppression happens inside the database, not in the page you are looking at. Counts are withheld as well as averages, and the row still appears marked as withheld, so you can see that a module was worked without being able to identify who worked it.
Medians are computed one value per member, so somebody who practises heavily cannot become the cohort figure on their own. Where a group contains only a handful of people who have not opted in, that figure is withheld too, otherwise the named rows could be subtracted from the total to infer the unnamed ones.
Sharing an individual training record defaults to off. The only way it can be switched on is by that member of staff, from their own account settings. The identity is taken from their session, so a manager cannot grant it on their behalf, and neither can we.
Withdrawal never requires an active seat. Someone whose licence has lapsed, or who has left, can still revoke sharing. Re-granting stamps a fresh date rather than implying consent was unbroken, and every grant and withdrawal is logged.
Answers given, written reflections, AI coach transcripts, and anything done in another organisation are not visible to you in any tier or at any price. Beyond handling your own organisation's GDPR requests, there is no administrative route to an individual's work.
The training record
Not a completion percentage. A record of decisions made, mistakes repeated, and material due for revision: the things a training officer actually needs in a one-to-one.
Simulator attempts, laboratory workspaces and the revision schedule resolve into a single record rather than three. Practice-test results stay with the dashboards that own them, on purpose: the same figure is never computed twice in two places, so two screens cannot end up disagreeing about the same person.
Improvement is plotted from the first attempt at each scenario. Retaking something until it passes does not move the line, which is what makes the line worth reading.
Spaced repetition schedules each scenario by how well it went, surfaces what is due and what is overdue, and flags the material that keeps slipping back rather than the material last touched.
In the eight laboratories that run an autoverification rulebook, the release or hold decision is compared with the rules for that same patient, and disagreements are recorded by direction, releasing something that should have been held is a different error from holding something that could have gone out, and only the first one reaches a patient.
Errors seen more than once are named as sentences a person can act on, not as codes, and a mistake made once is not held against anyone.
HCPC Standards of Proficiency coverage, IBMS Registration Training Portfolio mapping, and exports as PDF, CSV, JSON or plain text. The training record export carries assessor and authorised-by columns against ISO 15189:2022 Cl. 6.2, and records the method as self-assessment.
Reporting
Active seats, how many people are active and how many have gone quiet, recorded learning time, module coverage against the HCPC standards, and performance by specialty, as cohort figures, with anything under 5 contributors withheld. Exportable as CSV, where withheld cells are written as "withheld" rather than left blank.
Who holds a seat, their role, their status and when they joined: the administrative facts you need to manage a licence. No performance data attaches to this list.
A named individual record appears only for people who have switched sharing on themselves. Everyone else shows in your list as not shared, and their work reaches you only inside the aggregate.
Deliberate omissions. Each one exists because the alternative would produce a number that looks like a measurement and is not one.
