Yes. We are a registered service provider in the UK Access Management Federation. Your organisation owner enters your institution's identity-provider entity ID under Settings → Single Sign-On in the organisation dashboard, and students then sign in with their university credentials from a link you share. Email invitations work alongside it.
One institutional licence per tier, sized by learner count (50, 125, 250 or 500 learners), billed annually on invoice: request a quote from the organisation dashboard, raise a purchase order against it, and we invoice for BACS payment. Everyone within the licence gets full Premium access for the year.
Yes. We operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Student data is stored in the UK on Supabase (AWS eu-west-2, London); every sub-processor and its transfer tool is published at /legal/sub-processors. A Data Processing Agreement is included in the contract pack sent for e-signature during procurement, and the generated document pack includes a contract terms template and compliance checklist.
Yes. Request a quote for the larger tier from the organisation dashboard and raise a purchase order against it; the new licence runs for a year from approval and replaces the current one. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so students mid-engagement are not disrupted.
Content is mapped to the HCPC Standards of Proficiency (Sept 2023 edition), and the cohort report shows module coverage against those standards. Training modules are aligned to the IBMS Registration Training Portfolio structure. We do not currently issue a per-competency verification artefact for IBMS portfolios. Students attach their own exported record to portfolio entries.
The platform targets WCAG 2.2 AA, the level the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations have been assessed against since October 2024. All interactive simulations are keyboard-navigable. Reflective text uses readable line-heights and font sizing; users can adjust display contrast preferences from the account settings.
Students keep control of their own record: each can export their CPD and portfolio data from their account at any time, and deletion requests are honoured at any time under UK GDPR Article 17. Course leads can export the cohort report as CSV before the licence ends. When it ends, students lose the institutional entitlement but their own accounts and records stay theirs. Your organisation record, memberships, invitations, custom questions and cohort data are removed when you instruct us in writing; the removal is a logged step in our audit trail and we confirm it to you. Nothing is deleted automatically at licence end, so you choose the timing.
Free trials are 30 days with full access for everyone you invite. Setup is short: register your university from the setup wizard on this page, invite students by email (one at a time or a pasted list), and optionally enter your identity-provider entity ID under Settings → Single Sign-On so students can sign in with university credentials.
Only where that person has chosen to share their record, from their own account settings. It defaults to off, an administrator cannot switch it on for somebody else, and it can be withdrawn at any time, including by someone whose seat has lapsed. Without it you see your membership list and cohort aggregates.
Its figures are withheld. The threshold is 5 contributing members and it is enforced inside the database rather than in the interface. Counts are withheld as well as averages, and where only a small number of contributors have not opted in to sharing, the aggregate is withheld too, otherwise the named records could be subtracted from it to work out the rest.
No, and the product says so on the exports themselves. What it records is activity and decisions in simulation, self-assessed. The training record export is laid out with assessor and authorised-by columns against ISO 15189:2022 Cl. 6.2 precisely so that a qualified assessor in your own laboratory signs the competence judgement, not us.
