An enterprise licence is one annual contract for your whole organisation (25-200 users typical), with central admin, bulk user provisioning, NHS SSO support, audit-ready reporting, and procurement documentation. Individual subscriptions are month-to-month for one person at a time and lack the centralised admin layer. For any organisation with more than 10 users, the enterprise licence is more cost-effective.
Yes. Many NHS teaching hospitals have rotating university students or honorary academic staff. Talk to us via the contact form and we will scope the right combination — most commonly an NHS Trust licence covering pathology staff plus a small university add-on for student-facing access.
Typical timeline is 2-4 weeks for NHS Trusts (Week 1 procurement docs, Week 2 IG sign-off, Week 3 SSO, Week 4 first cohort). Universities depend on academic calendar — usually start-of-term aligned. Private labs and training providers can often go live within 1-2 weeks if procurement is light.

Annual licence per organisation, billed once per year. Multi-year discounts are available — speak to us about 2-3 year terms if that fits your budget cycle. There is no auto-renewal: at the end of each term your admin decides whether to renew, downsize, or exit.
