Account, Pricing & Access
If your organisation's network only allows approved web addresses, add the addresses below so your staff and students can use PathologyLabTraining. Everything runs in an up-to-date web browser; there is nothing to install.
Without these, pages may not load, sign-in may fail or progress may not save.
| Address | What it is for |
|---|---|
https://pathologylabtraining.co.uk |
The website, its images and the training content |
https://wxfkdjusatdorfwbptsn.supabase.co |
Sign-in, saving progress and loading your account |
wss://wxfkdjusatdorfwbptsn.supabase.co |
Live updates over a secure WebSocket, for example new notifications, a confirmed payment or a contract's signing status |
https://wxfkdjusatdorfwbptsn.functions.supabase.co |
Server functions, including single sign-on (SAML) and data requests |
If your web proxy inspects or blocks WebSocket traffic, allow WebSocket upgrades to wss://wxfkdjusatdorfwbptsn.supabase.co. When it is blocked, the site still works, but some changes only appear after the page is reloaded.
| Address | What it is for | If blocked |
|---|---|---|
https://fonts.googleapis.com and https://fonts.gstatic.com |
Web fonts | Text shows in a standard system font |
https://www.youtube-nocookie.com and https://i.ytimg.com |
Embedded training videos and their preview images | Videos do not play |
https://checkout.stripe.com |
Card payments for individual subscriptions | Individuals cannot pay by card from that network; organisation invoices are unaffected |
Analytics and advertising services (Google, Meta and TikTok) only load if the person accepts those cookies, and nothing on the platform depends on them. Blocking them has no effect on training, sign-in or progress.
The site also asks a location service (get.geojs.io, with ipapi.co as a back-up) which country a visitor is in, to show prices in the right currency. If both are blocked, prices are shown in pounds sterling.
If your organisation signs in through the UK Access Management Federation or your own identity provider, your identity provider must also be reachable from your network, as it would be for any other service. The SAML settings, metadata and attributes are described in SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) setup for IT admins.
Invitations, organisation notices, invoices and replies to enquiries come from [email protected]. Add the pathologylabtraining.co.uk domain to your safe-senders list so invitations and password resets are not quarantined. See Notifications and email.
Use a current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari, with JavaScript enabled. Site data (cookies and local storage) must be allowed for pathologylabtraining.co.uk, because that is where the browser keeps people signed in.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Network allowlist: {your organisation}" and tell us what your network blocks; we will help you work out which addresses to allow.
